The total tax rate of 8.1% is collected on retail items purchased within the Town of Foxfield.
The following Items are exempt from the 3.75% Foxfield Tax:
Automobiles
Items for which a use tax has been paid
Items purchased outside the Town and delivered to Foxfield
When purchasing an automobile, it is a resident’s responsibility to ask the car dealer not to collect this tax, or to refund this tax if it is collected.
