Overview: The Rural Residential Property Standards, often refered to as the Nuisance Ordinance, is intended to address conditons and uses of property which are hazardous to the public health, welfare or safety, or which contribute to property blight and degradations. Items defined as "nuisances" are prohibited in the Town of Foxfield. Conditions and uses of property that are "nuisances" include but are not limited to: junk, trash, inoperable vehicles, noxious weeds, dilapidated structures, outside storage of items used in a business, continuous barking, etc.
